Who we are
Mabelle is a curated fashion-jewellery retailer operating in Bangladesh. By browsing this site or placing an order you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
Products and descriptions
We photograph every piece ourselves and describe it as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, and gold-tone and silver-tone finishes in particular can look warmer or cooler than they are in hand. Small variations in finish and stone are normal and are not defects.
Stock is limited and moves quickly. Listing a piece is not a guarantee that it is available, and we may withdraw a style at any time.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown to you before you confirm.
Payment is taken manually — cash on delivery, or bKash Send Money following the instructions on your order confirmation, using your order number as the reference.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund anything already paid — where a piece has sold out, where a price or description was published in error, or where an order looks fraudulent or undeliverable.
Delivery and returns
Delivery timings and charges are set out on our shipping page. All sales are final and we do not accept returns, as set out on our returns page. Both form part of these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Our content
The photography, copy, name and marks on this site belong to Mabelle. You are welcome to share them; you may not resell them or pass them off as your own.
Liability and law
Nothing here limits any right you have under Bangladeshi consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Questions go to orders@mabellebd.com.
