Where we deliver
Anywhere in Bangladesh our courier partners reach. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
How long it takes
Orders arrive within 2–5 days of being confirmed. Payment is by bKash (or cash on delivery), and a bKash order is not dispatched until we have matched the payment to your order number.
Pre-order pieces are different: they ship in 14–28 days, and the product page says so before you order.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, hartals, floods and courier backlogs around Eid can add days, and we will tell you if we know your order is going to be late.
On the day
The courier will call the mobile number on your order before they arrive, so please make sure it is correct and reachable. If they cannot reach you after repeated attempts the parcel comes back to us; re-sending it carries a second delivery charge.
Check before you sign
Please look the parcel over before accepting it. If the box is crushed, opened or wet, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours. Note that all sales are final.
