What we collect
To take an order and get it to your door we ask for your full name, delivery address, mobile number and email address. If you create an account we also keep your order history against it. Payment is settled manually by cash on delivery or bKash — we never see or store your card details or bKash PIN.
Like most websites we also record basic technical information — pages visited, approximate device type — so we can tell what is slow or broken. That is aggregate and is not tied back to your name.
Why we collect it
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order.
- To contact you about that order — a confirmation email, a delivery update, or a question about your address.
- To handle questions about an order, and refunds of cancelled orders.
- To keep records of sales for as long as we are required to, and to reduce fraudulent or duplicate orders.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it: our courier partner receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver; our email provider sends the order confirmation on our behalf; our hosting and database providers store the order itself. Each of them handles the data for us and for no other purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting, warranty and dispute purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account.
Your choices
You can see and correct your saved details from your account page at any time. Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete what we are not obliged to keep.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your bag between visits, and remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme. Blocking them will stop the bag and sign-in from working.
